Dreams Hub Research and Innovation Center, Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, last Friday graduated 24 more children from its Huevos de Cristal program for children between the ages of 7 – 13. At a ceremony held at its head office in Ela Nguema, the event had children and parents present. The Huevos de Cristal program also known as Crystal Eggs in Spanish, teaches children new language and information technology skills.
On Friday, the program graduated 24 new children in both English language and information and communications technology. The Lead of the Huevos de Cristal Program, Amor Nchaso, during her speech congratulated all the children who were part of the program all year and thanked their parents for their continued support and collaboration in her welcome message.

‘’These children have been brilliant all-year long. Their willingness to continue learning, improve and support one another has been inspiring but I also want to thank you the parents for your continued support. We would not be able to successfully have done this without it. We call on you to please continue. Your children are all special and have done very impressive things during the course of the program and year.’’
Founder and Director of Dreams Hub, Oscar A. Nchaso Bekari, encouraged the parents to continue inspiring their children and encourage them to always be on the path of learning and growing.
‘’This program is unique and you can see it in the name. These children have the potentials to grow and do great things. From arts to technology and much more, they have displayed their abilities over the course of the year and one thing I will like you all to do is encourage them as much as you can. Some leave this phase of the program with so much knowledge and skills learnt. It is invaluable. They inspire us as much as we all inspire them, we are here because of them,’’ he said.
Of the 24 certified children, some of them will now move on to the next stage of the program next year to learn coding.
Not only have activities ended for the year at its Ela Nguema co-working space, the Huevos de Cristal program in Basakato was also wrapped for the year over the weekend. Dreams Hub Research and Innovation Center with the collaboration of the Nuns of Basakato, held an event to mark the end of year activities. Games, talks and fun were the order of the day as the children who will benefit from the program, which began in November were also present.
Dreams Hub Research and Innovation Center wished all the children at their centres, their parents, partners and well-wishers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in advance, as it closed its activities for 2021.
