As the founder of AppsTech, a global technology services company, she has been recognized numerous times for her ability to transform the tech sector and open doors to digital inclusion in Africa. Her entrepreneurial journey and social impact have made her an undeniable icon.

In 2014, the prestigious Forbes magazine named her one of the “10 Female Tech Founders to Watch in Africa”, solidifying her reputation as a pioneer in the continent’s tech industry. Eight years later, in 2022, she was once again recognized by appearing on the “50 Over 50: EMEA” list, which honors women over 50 making a significant impact in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This recognition highlights not only her business influence but also her commitment to social and economic progress in the region.

The financial and mining sectors are also represented by names such as Aziz Akhannouch and Othman Benjelloun, both with fortunes around $1.6 billion.
