Twice a year, Dreams Hub extends 60 scholarships to individuals within the innovative ecosystem, enabling them to gain certification in various digital skills. This initiative aims to bridge the digital divide within the community by empowering predominantly young individuals to realize their entrepreneurial aspirations.

The selection criteria for scholarship recipients has become increasingly specialized, targeting individuals with innovative ideas seeking guidance, training, and access to support networks to transform their concepts into tangible realities.

During the 90-minute ceremony, Mr. Oscar Nchaso, the founder and executive director of Dreams Hub, emphasized to the newly certified graduates that their certificates were not a guaranteed path to achieving their dreams, as paper could be lost or damaged. Instead, he highlighted the importance of the knowledge they had acquired through Dreams Hub’s self-training platform, boasting over 500 courses. Among the areas of certification were Project Management, Accounting, IT Security, and Marketing.

As part of the event, Dreams Hub invited Jennifer Riveiro, a young legal professional and founder of Ilende&Partners, to address the aspiring entrepreneurs on the critical role of the legal framework in the entrepreneurial journey. Ilende&Partners serves as a strategic partner to Dreams Hub, offering guidance and support to entrepreneurs and startups within the innovative ecosystem.
