Francisco Pascual Obama Asue, is appointed Equatorial Guinea´s prime minister after the Central African oil producer´s government have tendered their resignation to President Obiang, on Friday, August 14, who said the Malabo Administration is forced to take rigorous measures to mitigate the effects and possible insolvency of the Government against its specific obligations.
