It was a weekend filled with love and merriment as the Director and Founder of Dreams Hub Research and Innovation Center, Oscar A. Nchaso Bekari (Mr. Dreams) walked down the Isle with his heartthrob, Jeannette de Leon in a ceremony last Friday, August 27th 2021.

Surrounded by their loved ones and well wishers, the ceremony took place in a Courthouse in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.

The bride and groom looked radiant on their big day and couldn’t contain their excitement as it was on display for all to see.

After being announced husband and wife, the celebrations continued, culminating in a dinner at the Le Voyageur restaurant at Sofitel in Sipopo, with the venue overlooking the sea under a brightly lit moon. It was quite an image and such a romantic setting. There, the newlyweds danced as a couple for the first time to the tune of ‘Avant Toi’ by Vitaa & Slimane.

The bride, Jeannette De Leon, 31, is a machine child learning educator while Oscar A. Nchaso Bekari, 35, is the Founder of Dreams Hub.

Guests were treated to a memorable evening and got to witness a live performance from a special guest Artiste, Nelida Karr, much to the delight of everyone present.

“We want to thank you all for all your congratulations, and for your advice to grow old and look in the mirror, boasting the same affection that we celebrate today,” said the groom, Oscar A. Nchaso as he thanked everyone for celebrating with them on his social media feeds.

Nchaso, is a founder of Dreams HubAfrilabs member. He is an economist and writer, Selected one of the 50 Digital Champions of Africa 2020,  the pan-African festival to unlock the digital future of Africa, recognizing innovators and pioneers on the African continent. Recently under Dreams Hub´s umbrella, he created Crystal Eggs, a program for children between 7 and 13 years old, from families with limited resources, receiving FREE education in ICT at the Hub.

The polyglot is also a 2016 Mandela Washinton Fellows for YALI and  writer of three booksDreams, Paraca!das and Miel
