In a groundbreaking move to strengthen Equatorial Guinea’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, Dreams Hub – Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurship and Clínica Esperanza have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that brings together health, innovation, and community development under a single framework of collaboration. The agreement aims to integrate health perspectives into training, incubation, and entrepreneurship programs, equipping businesses, startups, and local communities with practical tools for disease prevention, occupational wellness, and the creation of tech-driven healthcare solutions.
As part of the partnership, both institutions will organize workshops on workplace risk prevention, first aid, and sector-specific hygiene protocols, along with awareness campaigns tied to global health dates such as World Malaria Day, World AIDS Day, and maternal health initiatives. The alliance will also explore pilot projects in digital health, including telemedicine, mobile prevention apps, and clinical management systems. To ensure impact and sustainability, the collaboration defines an innovative implementation model supported by certified trainers and the technical validation of all educational content. Progress will be measured using clear indicators, such as the number of people trained, businesses adopting active health protocols, and reductions in workplace incidents.

Nchaso Bekari, founder and executive director of Dreams Hub, this agreement marks a significant milestone: “This alliance is a decisive step towards ensuring that health and innovation move forward together, boosting not only business development but also the well-being of our communities.”
Clínica Esperanza, one of Equatorial Guinea’s leading medical institutions, has a strong track record in organizing community health outreach programs focused on prevention, health education, and the promotion of holistic well-being. These initiatives, often targeting vulnerable populations, have successfully brought quality medical services to those most in need and strengthened the clinic’s role as a strategic partner in social impact projects and health innovation programs, in close collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health.
Through this partnership, both institutions aim to position Equatorial Guinea’s innovation ecosystem as a regional benchmark in Central Africa for integrating health, technology, and entrepreneurship. By demonstrating that a healthier business environment leads to a more productive and sustainable economy, Dreams Hub and Clínica Esperanza are setting the stage for a new era of socially conscious innovation.
