Multinational ReactID has reinforced its commitment to equality and diversity by appointing three women executives to lead all its intangible assets. This team joins a 12-member executive committee representing six different Ibero-American nationalities, reflecting the company’s global vision.
Carmen M. García will serve as Director of Communications, Marketing, and Corporate Social Responsibility. With over thirty years of professional experience, she has held leadership positions at companies and associations such as Readimyx Asland (now Cemex), Asimelec (now Ametic), and BDI Data (now Trans Union Spain). Through her agency Hic & Now, she has managed brand and communication strategies across diverse sectors, from tourism to technology. Over the past decade, she has focused on the nonprofit sector, founding initiatives such as the Woman’s Week Foundation, the SOS en Red platform, and the C1b3rwoman network, while also leading her own audiovisual projects.

Laura Giménez, as Director of Institutional Relations, will strengthen ties with public administrations, law enforcement agencies, and international institutions. A retired national police officer and President of the Spanish National Police Retirees Association (AJPNE), she co-founded the C1b3rwoman network with Carmen M. García, consolidating her expertise in public-private collaboration.

Mayela Martínez, Director of Corporate Image, will enhance ReactID’s public profile in the financial sector, including banking and payments, as well as in the public sector and security. She has been linked to the company for over 20 years, serving in various roles in Costa Rica and, more recently, in Spain.

The new executive team has received over 100 awards for their work in equality, communications, cybersecurity, entrepreneurship, and public-private collaboration. Carmen and Laura have been included in the Top100 Miami Hispanic 2025 and the Top100 Ibero-American Innovative Leaders 2025, and received international recognition in Brussels during the First International Summit on the Links in the Peace Chain.

Founded 30 years ago by Alan Archila, ReactID has undergone a full brand redesign, reflecting its strategic evolution and the relocation of its headquarters to Madrid. “This is not just a new image; it’s about evolving to serve better and reflect who we are as a company,” Archila stated.
ReactID’s flagship product, ID Verifier, authenticates individuals worldwide while respecting data privacy, and is currently being tested by law enforcement agencies and international banks. This innovation has earned ReactID and Archila multiple awards in recent months for cybersecurity and innovation, including recognitions from PETEC, Foro ECOFIN, and international startup associations in Ecuador.
With this restructuring, ReactID combines technological innovation with a diverse and highly experienced leadership, strengthening its global presence and social commitment, setting an example of how inclusion and business excellence can coexist in the digital era.
