Both executives shared impressions and common points in the intention of establishing strategic alliances. The key of the meeting revolved at all times around sustainable leadership and the need for executive leaders.

They discussed cross-cutting issues such as customer service, the key to success for the entities, while exchanging team management models: management by performance and management by results, this combination being the model currently adopted in the technological center for entrepreneurship, research and innovation, Dreams Hub.

Valdivieso shared with Nchaso the main focus of EG Inspira, recently created, as well as its vision to contribute to the personal growth of increasingly effective and efficient teams and managers.

EG Inspira is a company that offers business coaching, customer service training and consulting services. Its objective is to facilitate the development and leadership of the company’s employees, as well as to promote teamwork and assertive communication within the work environment. They also work on a number of social projects with the aim of helping young people in Equatorial Guinea to develop their full potential and talent.

Óscar Nchaso also described the Dreams Hub programs, highlighting the AUTOCLAX Business School as a possible collaboration tool between both initiatives; EG Inspira and Dreams Hub, designed to support the formation, training and constant updating of human capital.
