Malabo, Bioko, Equatorial Guinea – September 7, 2025 – Dreams Hub, operated by Xapiens LTD., a leading center for leadership, technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Official Chamber of Commerce of the Insular Region. This strategic partnership aims to strengthen business training, project incubation, and the internationalization of local products and services in Bioko and throughout Equatorial Guinea.

The agreement, signed on September 5, 2025, by the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce, Pedro Nguema, together with technical and legal advisors from the Chamber’s Executive Board, marks a significant milestone in fostering collaboration between key economic actors on the island.
