A delegation from the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF) paid an official visit to Dreams Hub, reaffirming its commitment to driving innovation, entrepreneurship and youth empowerment across Africa.

The visit coincided with the Knack Business Angels Investment Forum, where beneficiaries of Project19 – developed in partnership with IEA and Saint Kolbe University – showcased their projects before a global network of investors and entrepreneurs. For the OIF delegation, it was a unique opportunity to engage directly with emerging talent in Equatorial Guinea, highlighting the country’s growing potential as a hub for entrepreneurship and innovation.

During the visit, OIF representatives toured Dreams Hub’s facilities, received a detailed progress report from the project’s management, and left a message in the innovation centre’s guestbook. These engagements underscored OIF’s strategy of supporting youth-led initiatives, cross-border collaboration and sustainable development in Africa.

The day concluded with a networking session that strengthened ties between international institutions, local entrepreneurs and investors. The exchange reflected Equatorial Guinea’s emerging role within the African and Francophone innovation ecosystem, positioning the country as a potential gateway for creativity, entrepreneurship and sustainable investment.

The presence of OIF at Dreams Hub was more than a diplomatic gesture; it was a recognition of the vital role innovation centres play in advancing inclusive growth and long-term economic transformation in emerging markets.
