The new chief executive began her career in banking before transitioning into telecommunications, where she gained experience across multiple African markets. She later played a pivotal role in launching Zambia’s first 4G LTE network as part of a founding telecom team, helping to shape the country’s mobile connectivity landscape.
Her career also includes senior leadership roles in the media sector, where she oversaw commercial strategy, customer experience, and overall business operations, ultimately serving as managing director. These roles provided her with extensive experience in customer engagement, market expansion, and organizational leadership. Speaking on her appointment, she expressed enthusiasm about joining Liquid at a time of transformation for the sector. She highlighted the importance of customer-focused strategies, collaboration across diverse teams, and innovation in driving sustainable growth.
