ReactID, a multinational company specializing in cybersecurity and digital identity solutions, has appointed Salvador Molina, President of Foro ECOFIN and the Madrid Capital FinTech (MAD FinTech) cluster, as its new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. The firm, which has more than 30 years of experience, designs and implements digital and biometric identification platforms for banks, governments, and law enforcement agencies across Europe, Latin America, and the United States.
With this appointment, ReactID strengthens its strategic vision of becoming a global leader in secure digital onboarding and identity management, an industry that continues to grow amid accelerating digital transformation and the rising demand for trust in online transactions. The company’s solutions combine biometrics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced document authentication to verify users in real time while ensuring privacy and frictionless user experiences.

A former President of Telemadrid, Molina joins ReactID to lead its corporate relaunch and international expansion, focusing on Europe, Latin America, and the United States. Under his leadership, the company aims to consolidate its position as a trusted provider of identity verification, cybersecurity, and compliance solutions for governments and global financial institutions. His appointment also strengthens the bridge between Spain’s fintech ecosystem and the international market for secure, interoperable digital identity systems.
ReactID’s founder and CEO, Alan Archila, described the new phase as a milestone in the company’s evolution. “This is more than a new image,” he said. “It’s about evolving to serve our clients better and reflect who we have become as a company.” The firm relocated its global headquarters to Madrid six years ago, marking the beginning of a new stage of growth and innovation. “In recent years, our reach has expanded, our solutions have evolved, and our mission has become clearer,” Archila added.
The company’s flagship solution, ID Verifier, is now one of the most advanced global tools for identity verification. It can authenticate individuals from any country by validating more than 18,000 types of identification documents worldwide, while maintaining full data privacy compliance. The platform meets leading international standards such as eIDAS 2.0, ISO 27001, and GDPR, and is already being tested by several global banks and international security agencies.

In recognition of its innovation and leadership, ReactID and its founder have recently received multiple international awards, including Personality of the Year 2025 from PETEC, Titanes de las Finanzas 2025 from Foro ECOFIN, the Cybersecurity Award 2025 from Fieles en el Deber, and a place among the Top 100 Ibero-American Innovative Leaders 2025 from the International Association of Startups in Ecuador. These recognitions underscore the company’s growing influence in the global cybersecurity and digital identity sectors.
Beyond his new executive role, Salvador Molina remains one of the key figures in Spain’s innovation and fintech ecosystem. As President of Foro ECOFIN and MAD FinTech, he promotes collaboration between startups, corporations, and public institutions to foster digital transformation and financial inclusion. He also leads two major innovation events in Madrid: the ECOFIN Congress, focused on disruptive technologies in business and finance, and the ProCom Congress, a leading forum on entrepreneurial journalism organized with the Complutense University of Madrid.
A journalist by training and strategist by vocation, Molina has developed a solid career across media, communication, and management. He has worked for major economic outlets such as Antena 3 Radio, Actualidad Económica, Cinco Días, and El Nuevo Lunes, later becoming the publisher of magazines such as Mercado de Riesgos, Revista Q, and La Revista de Finanzas y Banca. As President of Telemadrid, he led the network’s digital transformation and oversaw the creation of a new corporate governance model that became a benchmark for public media reform in Spain.
Molina is also a recognized author and speaker on leadership, management, and innovation. His books — including Los Imprescindibles del Management, Felicacia (LID Editorial), El Cubo del Liderazgo, and Talentocracia (Editorial Kolima) — advocate people-centered leadership models based on talent and innovation. He currently serves as a mentor at the University of Alcalá’s Entrepreneurship Center and co-directs the postgraduate program in Longevity Economics at the Autonomous University of Madrid.
Through this appointment, ReactID reaffirms its mission to build a more secure, intelligent, and human-centered digital world, where trust, technology, and innovation define the future of global identity.
