Ajibola Odukoya, COO of AfriLabs, emphasized the importance of bringing global opportunities to the continent. “Africa has immense talent, but many professionals migrate in search of opportunities.
With this initiative, we aim to change that reality by allowing Africans to work for international companies without leaving their countries. This will strengthen innovation and local economies. Nigeria, as a key technological hub, is just the starting point; our vision is to expand throughout Africa.”
MSwitch Creative Hub will lead the training efforts and provide African professionals with advanced infrastructure, high-speed internet, and specialized tools to maximize their productivity.
Zainab Salami, Co-Founder and CEO of MSwitch Creative Hub, highlighted the impact of the initiative.
“With more than 53% of Nigerian youth aged 15 to 24 unemployed or underemployed, this project is a turning point. We are bridging the gap between talent and opportunity, attracting global employers, and creating sustainable career paths to ensure Africa’s competitiveness in the digital economy.”
This partnership redefines Africa’s participation in the global digital market, positioning the continent as a hub for highly skilled talent in an environment where the demand for technology professionals continues to rise.
