MALABO -The Founder and Director of Dreams Hub Research and Innovation Center, Oscar A, Nchaso Bekari, on friday, held a master class for high school students of the Santa Teresita School.

Oscar Nchaso began his tour of some educational centers, bringing the idea of ​​entrepreneurship closer to final year high school students, as a response to the efforts made by public and private institutions to accompany the uncertainty that young people face in the future of work.

“According to an ILO report, Young people represent between 30 to 35 percent of the unemployed population in the world, young people between 15 and 24 years old, due to automation, the limited focus of much of the professional training and the lack of jobs commensurate with their qualifications, and in these statistics lies the real opportunity; Entrepreneurship is a response, one of the solutions to the situation that governments and world institutions face daily, a combination of solutions in which the answer lies mostly in youth”, Mr. Nchaso spoke at the beginning of the master class.

The master class on Project Management, contained in ten points, the phases from conceptualization, design, development, to the implementation of an idea. Supported by a tool, his second work, Paraca!das, Mr. Nchaso considers that is enough to plant the seed or spirit of entrepreneurship now to achieve long-term sustainable results.

Promoting entrepreneurship in students from early stages is important. The benefits to the ecosystem are multiple, Nchaso asserted as he introduced them to his own model –V.E.R.D.A.D –designed to enhance capacity and accelerate growth. It contributes to the development of ideas, products, or businesses, increases analytical capacity in strategic development, while improving skills and reducing gaps, thus forging exchange synergies and collaborative alliances to strengthen the innovative ecosystem.

The economist and author, recognized the leadership that these young people already carry inside, says it will be up to them and when they discover themselves, can contribute to the sum and multiplication of the positive results of the ecosystem.
