Equatorial Guinea: ‘Dreams Hub’ Selected as Home of New American Space

The Embassy of the United States of America, Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, have partnered up with Dreams Hub Research and Innovation Center, to launch a new American space.

Now located at Dreams Hub’s newly renovated space, The American Space will soon have a dedicated area where people can come in to learn English, get immersed into some American culture and conversations about societal topics ranging from entrepreneurship to civic participation.

It will also serve as a resource center for information and programs highlighting American culture, history and current events, and also play host to seminars, exhibitions, meetings with focus on wide range of American topics.

On what this means for the Hub and it’s continued growth, Founder and Director of Dreams Hub, Mr. Oscar A. Nchaso Bekari said,

“This is a wonderful opportunity for us and the communities that we serve. As we continue to grow and establish relationships to support our aims and objectives, we believe that a partnership of this magnitude and importance takes us closer to realizing our dreams at the Hub.

On how it could impact the community and ecosystem, Mr. Nchaso added,

“Partnerships like this, further highlight the growth that we are experiencing, showing people that we are putting in the work and encouraging our efforts. With this partnership, we are going to expand some of our exisiting services for human capital development.

As part of its offerings, there will also be educational resource materials for interested individuals of all ages.

Users will continue having access to our entrepreneurship programs, or AUTOCLAX, our self-taught platform with more than 250 ICT related courses, including English language. International certificate programs, covering all levels, starting from beginner’s,” he concluded.
