In alignment with these priorities, Vice President Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue has taken swift action by ordering the installation of surveillance cameras across all government offices and suspending officials involved in inappropriate workplace conduct. In a statement on X (formerly Twitter), the Vice President reiterated the Government’s strict “zero-tolerance policy” on actions that breach the Public Ethics Law and Code of Conduct, which threatens to erode public trust in national institutions.
