With the official inauguration of TechPark CV, Cabo Verde is launching one of its most ambitious initiatives for digital transformation. Located in Mindelo, this state-of-the-art technology center aims to position the country as a regional leader in innovation, entrepreneurship, and advanced technology training.
Designed as a comprehensive ecosystem, TechPark CV spans 13,000 m² of infrastructure that includes research laboratories, coworking spaces, training rooms, auditoriums, and exhibition areas. The campus also features a Tier III data center, high-speed connectivity, and dedicated zones for both local and international tech startups and companies.

The inauguration program will bring together government leaders, tech experts, and investors from Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Brazil. It includes keynote speeches, panel discussions on digital transformation, technical workshops, and a startup pitch competition—all aimed at establishing Cabo Verde as a key player in Africa’s digital economy.
Among its core objectives are training in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, cybersecurity, and blockchain, as well as the incubation and acceleration of innovative enterprises. TechPark CV also serves as a bridge between local talent and global markets, fostering digital employability and sustainable economic growth.
As part of Cabo Verde’s national innovation strategy and supported by phased investment programs, TechPark CV marks a turning point in the country’s technological infrastructure.
