According to the World Bank, remittances to low- and middle-income countries reached $669 billion in 2023, highlighting their critical role in supporting households and local economies. This growing demand underscores the need for faster, more accessible cross-border payment solutions.

With the Afriex-Visa Direct integration, vital funds can now reach families, communities, and businesses faster than ever, enhancing financial inclusion and supporting cross-border economic activity.
