The “Impulso Profesional” program is a government initiative launched on October 25, 2024, in collaboration with the UNDP and various private sector partners, including Banco Nacional de Guinea Ecuatorial (BNGE). Its main objective is to enhance youth employability by providing professional training and job placement opportunities for young people aged 18 to 35. The program prioritizes women and people with disabilities, aiming to initially benefit 70 young professionals, with a long-term goal of reaching 2,500 participants over the next five years. By fostering partnerships with public and private enterprises, “Impulso Profesional” seeks to create sustainable employment opportunities and address youth unemployment in the country.
Through this collaboration, BANGE reaffirms its commitment to supporting professional development and empowering young talents for a more sustainable future.
