Dreams Hub Fellowship is set to commence as plans are well underway to ensure its success. The initiative was created to further expose young professionals to peers, mentors and leaders, in other sectors and internationally; getting them in-tune with global best practices.

This will be achieved through collaborations as the Dreams Hub Fellow would acquire new skills, network and get access to the Dreams Hub Research and Innovation Center membership cards among other benefits which are set to boost their entrepreneurial ideas and journey. The exchange program, which will have a minimum duration of ten days and a maximum stay of one month, where appropriate, will serve to expand the network of young people, create strategic alliances and improve their negotiating skills.
Programs and Projects Lead at Dreams Hub, Amor Nchaso, will spend the next 10 days at Dreams Hub collaborators, Dexway and others such as the Institute for Advanced Entrepreneurship, which will within the next 10 days of the fellowship, see her fine tune her managerial and leadership skills at a global organisation. Understanding negotiations, international partnerships, business leadership and management, are some of the areas she will be further exposed to.
