The Mandela Washington Fellowship, a transformative initiative, is set to welcome up to 700 young leaders to the United States in the summer of 2024. This executive-style program serves as a stepping stone for emerging leaders to enhance their skills and take on influential roles within their sectors and communities.

One of the core components of the Fellowship is the six-week Leadership Institute, hosted by prestigious U.S. colleges and universities. During this immersive experience, Fellows engage with U.S. citizens and peers from diverse backgrounds, exchanging invaluable insights and learning experiences. Beyond the bounds of their daily routines, Fellows are encouraged to explore new industries, expanding their expertise and gaining fresh perspectives.
