Amid applause, smiles, and the excitement of new beginnings, twenty women celebrated their graduation today after successfully completing a training course in Early Childhood Education. The ceremony, held at Dreams Hub’s innovation center in Malabo, marks a significant milestone in both their personal and professional journeys. The initiative stems from a partnership between Les Petits Lions, a pioneering trilingual nursery, and Dreams Hub, a center for leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation—carried out with the support of the General Inspectorate of the Ministry of Education of Equatorial Guinea.

Over several weeks, the program equipped participants with essential tools to support the comprehensive development of children in early childhood. With a strong emphasis on emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being, the training blended pedagogical theory with practical sessions designed to strengthen both vocation and professional readiness.

The event was presided over by Dreams Hub’s Founder and Executive Director, Óscar Nchaso, who congratulated the graduates and encouraged them to embrace the transformative power of their work:
“Leadership is something we must integrate into our daily lives. When combined with effective communication and genuine collaboration, it leads to strong teams and impactful results.”

Echoing that message, the Ministry of Education representative and the director of Les Petits Lions, represented by the program’s trainer, emphasized that the graduates are prepared for more than employment—they are ready to shape lives from the very foundation.

Trainer Diana Mora also acknowledged the group’s growth throughout the program:
“These women have shown that passion for early childhood and the desire to grow can open new doors in life.”

This graduation stands as a powerful example of what can be achieved through collaboration between educational institutions and innovation spaces. Both Les Petits Lions and academic partner Dreams Hub reaffirmed their commitment to advancing women’s empowerment and strengthening the social fabric through quality education and skills development.
